Makuta shortlisted for the Ignite the Arts Festival in Canada

The piece Makuta was selected to be performed at the fixed media concerts at the “Ingnite the Arts Festival” in British Columbia, Canada. This festival a ten-day celebration of creativity and culture on the unceded territory of the Syilx (Okanagan) Peoples. The festival begins with Community Week, featuring free and discounted events, interactive art installations, workshops, and the Lake to Lake Art Walk. It culminates in Festival Weekend, a multi-venue showcase of live music, theatre, dance, and performances, with over 70 artists.
